1Introduction & Acceptance
el3s is an online gaming and entertainment platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between el3s ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member").

2Eligibility Requirements

3.3 Updating Account Information
If any of your personal details change (address, mobile number, etc.), please update your account settings or contact support.
3.4 Closing Your Account
You may request to close your account at any time. However, all pending transactions and bonus-related matters must be resolved before the account is closed.
4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently accepted on the el3s platform:
- Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks
4.2 Minimum Limits
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
After successful verification, withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In special circumstances, the verification process may take additional time.
4.4 Transaction Security
All transactions are secured via SSL encryption. Depositing or withdrawing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited — only payment methods registered in the account holder's name may be used.
5Bonus & Promotion Policy
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at el3s receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the total balance). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered.
5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions
- Bonuses are usable only on eligible games; certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
- If a bonus is obtained through fraudulent means, all bonuses will be forfeited.
- Only one welcome bonus is accepted per person, household, or IP address.
5.4 Other Promotions
From time to time, el3s runs various special offers, cashback deals, and events. Each offer has its own terms, which will be published at the time the offer is announced.
6Gaming Rules & Fairness
6.1 Fair Play
All games on the el3s platform are operated using tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial and fair outcomes.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or connection disruption, el3s reserves the right to void that bet and return the full amount.
6.3 Automation & Software
Using any bot, automated software, script, or artificial intelligence to play games is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in immediate forfeiture of the account and all funds.
6.4 Finality of Results
Once a game is completed, the result is considered final. However, if a technical error is proven, el3s reserves the right to review that round.
7Member Code of Conduct
All members on the el3s platform must follow the code of conduct below:
- Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward other members or staff is not allowed.
- Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform is prohibited.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another person's account is strictly prohibited.
- Any fraudulent activity against the platform is not acceptable.
- Using offensive language or sending spam in live chat is prohibited.
In case of a violation, el3s may take action including a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban.
8Personal Data Protection

9Limitation of Liability
el3s always aims to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:
- Losses caused by internet connection disruptions or technical issues on the part of third parties.
- Temporary unavailability due to unplanned maintenance or system upgrades.
- Losses resulting from a member's own negligence or breach of these Terms.

10Account Suspension & Termination
10.1 Grounds for Suspension
el3s may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms
- Providing a false identity or false information
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
- Failure to pass age verification
- Operating multiple accounts
- Suspicious activity related to money laundering
10.2 Right to Appeal
If your account is suspended, you may contact our support team to find out the reason and submit an appeal. We will consider your complaint within a reasonable time.
11Changes to Terms
el3s reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify members via their registered email or a notice on the platform.
